The Town of Gibsonville works hard to keep costs fair and affordable for everyone. For years, we have paid credit card processing fees directly to the payment vendor so you didn’t have to. However, these costs have grown significantly, and continuing to absorb them would impact all customers.

Starting July 22nd, a 2.75% fee will apply to all credit card payments. This fee goes directly to the payment processor, not to the Town of Gibsonville.

Making this change helps keep our costs down, which in turn helps your bottom line.

Good news: You can avoid this fee by paying through ACH (bank draft), by check, or with cash. ACH is secure, easy to set up, and ensures your payments are on time.
